NWVI uses DVMInsight as a 3rd-party platform to receive images for interpretation and distribute reports.
Log-in to submit images, complete a consult request or access completed reports.
DVMI has a comprehensive Knowledgebase that can answer most of your troubleshooting questions including instructions for the submission of consults, referencing of prior cases, finding missing images and more. If you cannot find your answer in their database, they have online and phone support to help you.

DVMI monitors tickets Monday – Friday 8:30am-8:00pm EST. If you have a critical or time-sensitive issue that cannot wait for the next business day, please call DVMI’s toll-free number and select the option for Emergency Assistance. You will receive a return phone call. If you choose to submit a ticket for assistance that is not time sensitive, it will be answered the following business day.
